SouthPointe Ventures, LLC (“SPV”) was founded in Atlanta in 2003 and invests private equity capital and professional management expertise in established, lower middle market companies located within one time-zone distance from Atlanta.

Our Mission is to make smart, fair, sustainable investments in partnership with talented and committed management teams in companies and industries with attractive, long-term investment return potential.

We come from operating backgrounds and know that attractive investment returns are the result of running companies better, not financial engineering.

To run companies better, you need talented management who can develop a sound strategy and execute a plan. We can bring new leadership to a company whose founder or owner is retiring, or can augment an existing team where they need additional talent or expertise to achieve the next level of success.
